Jack took a thirty week pregnant Alisa back to Puerto Rico via the TARDIS. The two barely managed to get just two weeks in before Alisa simply ran out of room among other complications to make it an emergency. With an aching back and pain Alisa would be rushed to the University of Puerto Rico to give birth to a set of twins David Antonio Harkness Rodriguez and Jonathan Carlos Harkness Rodriguez. With Alisa rushed into emergency surgery Jack is left sitting in a a waiting room alone.
