Jack makes his friend Sam an offer to join up with the new Torchwood.

Jack never had doubts about his Doctor.

The feeling of the party is somber without one Ianto Jones, Jack still felt the need to have the party for the rest of the people there. It was a nice warm night, Jack was dressed up as Clyde in a nice silver striped suit with a banded hat. He's got a 'fake' Tommy Gun at his side, the roof top deck was decorated by Alisa who's dressed up to resemble Bonnie.

"Well, I hope everyone enjoys themselves, I know we are missing one of our own but we'll find him," Jack says, as he takes a sip of orange colored punch that was spiked for the adult party goers. Jack is going to enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the party. He looks at the others who are all there in costume and then over towards the big Pumpkin Bounce Castle that's a lure for a Doctor or three. Jack edges away from the severed body plastic body part lamps that are strung along, there's tables with plenty of carved pumpkins and lets not forget bowls of candy of various shapes, sizes, brands and color on those tables.

"Right now, I want us to relax and enjoy one of planet Earth's strange little holidays. Please be aware we might have a real man eater or two among us."
