Torchwood New York: Thread Tracking Comm

I've had a little tracking comm for threads for the entire TWNY bit for a while now, I've set it up for people to use and never linked it. Well here it is twynlogs. This is not an actual comm, it's just something we can use to help track posts concerning stuff for TWNY seeing it's a bit...large. The same things apply there as they would with the BV main and to help me keep tabs of people.
